China Has A Plan To Rule The World

This headline should read: COMMUNISM HAS A PLAN TO RULE THE WORLD. This plan is being led by Israel, Russia, and China and it involves a steady penetration by means of propaganda, brainwashing and the stealing of technology through the Talpiot Program, which is the key to understanding how they have already gained absolute control over of the world. The EU led by unelected ex-KGB members was created to weaken sovereign states allowing an easier integration with Russia. This is 100% Soviet penetration and we have been saying it from the beginning.

The friendly words exchanged between Presidents Trump and Xi Jinping this month softened the edge of a Chinese economic and military buildup that a recent study commissioned by the Pentagon described as “perhaps the most ambitious grand strategy undertaken by a single nation-state in modern times.”

At the Beijing summit on Nov. 9, Xi repeated his usual congenial injunction for “win-win cooperation,” and Trump responded in kind, calling Xi “a very special man.” Trump also complained about the Chinese trade surplus, but the visit was mostly a serenade to Sino-American cooperation.

What caught my ear was Xi’s hint of China’s big ambitions in his toast that night. He quoted a Chinese proverb that “no distance, not even remote mountains and vast oceans, can ever prevent people with perseverance from reaching their destination.” Xi then cited an adage from Benjamin Franklin: “He who can have patience, can have what he will.” That’s an apt summary of China’s quiet but relentless pursuit of becoming a global superpower.

China’s rise has been so rapid yet gentle in tone that it’s easy to miss how fast Beijing has expanded its ability to project power. The mesmerizing go-slow style of the pre-Xi years, summarized in the Chinese slogan hide and bide,” has been replaced by what U.S. analysts now see as an open power play.

Trump’s “America first” strategy has facilitated China’s buildup, unintentionally. The administration’s rhetoric on fair trade has been strong, but the actual gains have been modest. Meanwhile, Trump has shredded the Trans-Pacific Partnership and stepped back from other U.S.-led alliances — opening the way for China’s new network of global institutions, including the One Belt, One Road (OBOR) plan for Eurasian trade and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to finance Chinese-led projects.

The scope of China’s challenge to the American-led order is described in two unpublished and unclassified studies commissioned by the Air Force.

One study argues that China’s Eurasian reach is beyond that of the 1947 Marshall Plan, which cemented American power in postwar Europe. The report estimates that the OBOR framework would provide up to $1 trillion in Chinese support for more than 64 countries, while the Marshall Plan provided about $150 billion in current dollars, mostly to six countries. The report describes OBOR as “a program of unprecedented size and scope with the strategic intent of constructing a Chinese-led regional order in Eurasia.”

China is building the infrastructure of power. The study describes, for example, how Beijing is financing a string of ports in the Indian Ocean region, including in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Pakistan, Burma, Djibouti, Kenya and the United Arab Emirates. The proposed investment is nearly $250 billion.

China has also invested $13.6 billion in Greece, buying control of the port of Piraeus and big shares of Greek utilities and fiber-optics companies. “Greece serves as a strategic beachhead for China into Europe,” notes the report.

The Asian infrastructure bank, meanwhile, has approved $16 billion in projects in 10 countries, including long-standing U.S. allies such as Egypt, India, and Oman. And the Chinese are building rail lines to Europe and every part of Asia, allowing them to bypass U.S.-controlled sea lanes. China already has 40 rail routes to nine European countries.

American dominance has been built partly on the primacy of our scientific and technological laboratories, which have drawn the best and brightest from around the world. But the Chinese are challenging here, too. China is building at least 50 joint-venture science and technology labs with OBOR countries and plans over the next five years to train up to 5,000 foreign scientists, engineers and managers, the study notes.

As foreign scientists pull back from some U.S. labs because of visa and government-grant worries, the Chinese are doubling down. According to the second Air Force study, China surpasses the United States in annual patent applications, is now No. 2 in peer-reviewed research articles and in 2014 awarded more than twice as many degrees in science, technology, engineering, and math.

China is mobilizing its best tech talent for this global empire. China Telecom plans to lay a 150,000-kilometer fiber-optic network covering 48 African nations. IZP, a big-data company, plans to expand soon to 120 countries. BeiDou, a government agency, is building a GPS-like satellite navigation system for all Eurasia.

There’s an eerie sense in today’s world that China is racing to capture the commanding heights of technology and trade. Meanwhile, under the banner of “America first,” the Trump administration is protecting coal-mining jobs and questioning climate science.

Sorry, friends, but this is how empires rise and fall.

Austria

Austria’s Tilt Toward Russia Worries Intelligence Experts

Can anyone really say that ‘far-right’ and ‘far-left’ are not controlled by the same masters? The answer is no. No matter which country you choose to look at, this is the case. Governments are ALL ruled by puppets, even if they sometimes appear as real leaders to the masses.

Austria

The FPÖ’s senior coalition partner is the conservative People’s Party (ÖVP), led by Prime Minister Sebastian Kurz. Kurz, 31, explained that he wouldn’t expel diplomats because he wanted Austria to be a “builder of bridges between East and West” and “to keep the channels of communication to Russia open.”
The FPÖ has also called for an end to anti-Russia sanctions and backed a referendum on leaving the European Union — an institution Putin has long sought to destabilize.

In February, the country’s domestic intelligence service was raided, a move the FPÖ-controlled Interior Ministry said was to investigate alleged misuse of data by officials.

But Austria’s president and others demanded an explanation after it emerged the police team that carried out the operation was a street crime unit not used to dealing with such cases and was headed by an FPÖ member.

The scandal dominated the Austria’s news cycle for weeks, and according to media reports, some of the material seized related to “extremist” far-right groups with FPÖ links.

“The whole thing is outrageous,” the leader of the liberal NEOS party, Matthias Strolz, told state broadcaster ORF. “It stinks to high heaven.”

A rebalancing act

Austria’s warmth for Russia is neither new nor confined to the far-right, however.

The Allies and Soviets withdrew from the country in 1955 on the condition it wouldn’t take sides in the Cold War. It entered the E.U. in 1995 but never joined NATO.

Many Austrian citizens appear to have a fondness for Russia, too. More than one-third said they favored softer sanctions after the annexation of Crimea in 2014, according to a poll by the Austrian market research company OGM.

Back in the kaffeehaus, Markovics and his friends say that “heavy” Western “propaganda” over Crimea spurred them into creating their activist group, called the Suworow Institute after a Russian military leader from the 1700s.

The institute employs seven people and has around 100 members, according to its founder, 31-year-old Patrick Poppel.

“We try to present a different perspective especially on Russian foreign policy,” Poppel says, peering through his small, wire-rimmed glasses.

Poppel and Markovics were both members of the FPÖ, but quit because they feel the party hadn’t gone far enough in supporting Moscow while in government. They also say the FPÖ has been too soft on what they call the “Islamization” of Europe by refugees.

They deny any links to the Russian state and say they are not racist or fascist.

However, Poppel talks of defending “Christian civilization” by closing Austria’s borders to immigrants and Muslims. He also wants to repatriate all those deemed non-indigenous — even though his wife is from Armenia — and speaks out against liberals who advocate “extreme homosexuality and feminism.”

Ultimately, Markovics says, the group believes that “elites” in the U.S. and its allies are dominating Europe, and “making profit out of actions that could lead us directly into nuclear apocalypse.”

They see greater ties with Russia as a way to rebalance that.

‘Definitely not a threat’

The FPÖ insists its links to Moscow are not problematic.

Johannes Hübner is a lawyer, former FPÖ lawmaker and member of the Austrian-Russian Friendship Society. He withdrew his candidacy in last year’s legislative elections after giving a speech some claimed had anti-Semitic overtones — something he denies.

Speaking to NBC News over eggs and avocado on the veranda of his spacious Vienna apartment, Hübner recounted his time in Parliament.

“As a politician, I used a lot of my energy to lobby for more understanding for Russia and to lobby against cutting ties with Russia again,” he says.

Unlike the fringe Suworow Institute, the Austrian-Russian Friendship Society boasts high-profile politicians, businessmen and academics in Vienna and Moscow among its members.

Its board includes prominent FPÖ lawmaker Johann Gudenus, 41, a square-jawed speaker who studied in Moscow. He is often cited as the prime example of his party’s deep ties with Russia. When contacted by NBC News, Gudenus’ spokesman said he was not available.

Does Hübner see any problem or malice in fostering ties to a country often criticized by Western watchdogs as undemocratic and a human rights abuser?

“It is definitely not a threat,” he says, smiling gently. “I was in politics for almost nine years here and I would have realized if [Russia] tried to influence policy … or if they bribed people for a dark network. It doesn’t exist.”

Like many in the FPÖ, he says building bridges to Russia is important to counterbalance the “overwhelming American influence,” which is too often presented as the “white knight” of global affairs.

“The Moscow influence in Europe is zero,” Hübner adds. “It would be good if we had more influence from Russia. Not 50 percent, but maybe 10 percent or 15 percent. Now it is maybe 1 percent.”

Pedro Sanchez “I Will Rise To All The Challenges”

Bye-Bye, Spain! Their new puppet, Pedro Sanchez has been “elected” as Spain’s new Prime Minister after Mariano Rajoy is forced out of office. Doesn’t anybody remember that Pedro Sanchez was invited to attend Bilderberg’s conference in Austria in 2015? It is NOT a coincidence that he is now in charge, it is simply part of the great evil plan. And he is a “socialist” aka communist.

Pedro Sanchez

Socialist leader Pedro Sanchez will become Spain’s seventh prime minister after a no-confidence vote in parliament unseated Mariano Rajoy’s conservative government.

Sanchez vowed on Friday to address the “social emergencies” of the country’s citizens after years of austerity measures.

The 46-year-old, who is the head of Spain‘s largest opposition party (PSOE), could be sworn in by King Felipe VI as early as Saturday. He is expected to appoint his cabinet over the coming days.

For Sanchez, it has been a strange turn of events over the past two years – from losing the leadership of his party to becoming prime minister.

When PSOE lost heavily in the 2015 parliamentary elections and his bid to become prime minister the following year failed, Sanchez’s political future did not look so bright.

However, Sanchez’s political resurrection has been swift since returning as PSOE leader in May 2017.

The passing of the no-confidence vote, which was proposed by Sanchez, means that he will become the head of government, despite his party having only 84 seats.

In his new role, he will be under pressure to resolve a secession crisis in the Catalonia region, keep a strong economic recovery on track and shield his 139-year-old party from the rise of liberal and leftist opponents Ciudadanos and Podemos.

“I am aware of the responsibility I am assuming, of the complex political moment our country is going through and I will rise to all the challenges with humility and dedication,” Sanchez said after the vote.

Sanchez studied for a masters in economic policy in Brussels and he has worked in the European Parliament and the United Nations.

He has committed to respecting the European Union‘s fiscal rules and has already endorsed Rajoy‘s budget. His weak hand in parliament means he is also unlikely to rescind any of the structural reforms the conservatives passed.

I am aware of the responsibility I am assuming … and I will rise to all the challenges with humility and dedicationPedro Sanchez

‘Persistent and daring’

Sanchez was first elected as party leader in 2014, coming from the party’s backbenches as a relative unknown.

The economics lecturer, whose nickname is “Pedro el Guapo” [Pedro the beautiful], was expected to use his charisma to lead a new era for the PSOE.

The PSOE has struggled to carve out a role in the new fragmented political landscape that emerged from the worst economic crisis since the Spanish civil war of the 1930s and ended four decades of a stable two-party system.

Sanchez lost two national elections to Rajoy’s People’s Party in 2015 and 2016.

The wounds inside the party have remained profound and Sanchez has relied on the strong support he enjoys from the party’s grassroots rather than its elite, something which could make it harder for him to form a strong government.

His supporters say he has a calm personality and a talent for compromise. Opponents say he lacks charisma and a clear political vision.

The avid athlete and basketball fan is married with two daughters. Spanish newspaper El Pais wrote on Friday about the “miracle of Doctor Sanchez”, characterizing him as “persistent and daring”.

New Spanish PM – Where does he stand?

Here’s a breakdown of Sanchez’s positions in a number of key issues:

Catolonia: Sanchez has said he will seek dialogue with the new Catalan government, but added that any negotiations must abide by the constitution, which stresses the unity of the Spanish nation.

Economy: He has said he will respect the already passed 2018 state budget, while also vowing to address the “social urgencies” of the Spanish people after years of austerity under Rajoy’s conservative government.

Politics and society: Sanchez has promised to build consensus among political parties to “transform and modernize” Spain. He has also said he will be willing to call general elections, although he did not specify any timeframe.

The European Union: Sanchez is considered to be a passionate pro-European politician supporting Spain’s EU membership.

Tragic Fate of Skripal’s Pets

The scandal with the poisoning of the former GRU agent Sergei Skripal is gaining momentum. Meanwhile, absolutely innocent creatures suffered because of the diplomatic war between the UK and Russia.

Remember that two dead guinea pigs and a black Persian cat in a critical condition were found in the ex-spy’s home. Then the cat was taken to the Porton Down chemical weapons lab (not to a veterinary clinic which would be more expected). In the laboratory, chemists made a weird diagnosis, which they described as a “distressed state”. The cat was euthanized. Its body, as well as those of the two guinea pigs, were immediately incinerated which was confirmed by the British government.

Shortly after the Russian Embassy in London posed the question on what happened to the animals that Sergey Skripal kept in his Salisbury house, the British side, first in an unnamed leak and then as a DEFRA comment, said that “when a vet was able to access the property, two guinea pigs had sadly died. A cat was also found in a distressed state and a decision was taken by a veterinary surgeon to euthanize the animal to alleviate its suffering”.
This is, however, the sort of answer that brings about still more questions. Regarding the dead guinea pigs and the malnourished cat, it is said unofficially that they were taken to the Porton Down facility and incinerated there. But it remains unclear if their remains were ever tested for toxic substances, which would constitute useful evidence, and if not, why such a decision was made.

The fact that the animals were locked inside the house for several days suggests that the police did not access the alleged crime scene, which would be very unusual for such a high profile investigation. Such treatment of pets is also hardly consistent with UK laws on animal cruelty and comes as a blatant disregard for Mr. Skripal’s rights as the owner and companion of the animals.
Overall, it is difficult to avoid the impression that the animals have been disposed of as an inconvenient piece of evidence. It is also to be noted that, according to Mr. Skripal’s niece Viktoria, there were 2 cats, not one, in the house – and the whereabouts of the second one is still unknown.

Nevertheless, the way how the UK police treat animals is absolutely awful and unacceptable. Moreover, even their bodies could cast some light on this case. Instead, we have even more questions than before.
Firstly, why were the pets sealed in the house with no food and water? How is it possible to imagine such a mockery and careless attitude towards animals? British officials must be held accountable for their decision to leave the pets inside the sealed-up house without any nutrition. In fact, their actions can be classified as animal abuse, which resulted in their death.
Secondly, no matter how cynical this may sound, any living organism remained at the place where the potential poisoning occurred could indirectly help the investigation process. You don’t even need to be an expert in chemistry to understand it. The use of such a potent substance as Novichok agent might have affected the pets as well. Unfortunately, we will never know this as their bodies were eliminated. No one even asked for their owners’ permission for that.
It seems like the British side is trying to cover up the tracks and destroy all the evidence. In Hollywood movies, criminals act like this when a detective tells them their version is not valid. Draw your own conclusions.

VIDEO: Rabbi Goldschmidt Slams Polish PM for “Jewish Perpetrators’ Remarks

President of the Conference of European Rabbis Pinchas Goldschmidt termed as “unacceptable” remarks made by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in which he said Jews were “perpetrators” in Poland during World War II, in Munich on Sunday.

“What was said by the Polish prime minister is totally unacceptable, to call Jews ‘perpetrators’ of the Holocaust, these are words which undermine and are unacceptable to any person who knows history, who knows Europe and wants a better future,” said Rabbi Goldschmidt.

He made the comments on the sidelines of the ‘Conference of European Rabbis.’

DOCUMENTARY: “Things We Won’t Say About Race That Are True”

This documentary, mind you by Channel 4, brings up many interesting and true points about race relations in the United Kingdom. Nonetheless, and of course, it doesn’t address the real core of these race-related societal problems (eg. why it is happening, who encourages it, etc.). It is a daft propaganda piece aiming for the British public to accept all of this change as the new normal. This is illustrated by their conclusion at 1:02:04 — listen closely.

VIDEO: What is the Council of European Rabbis?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ooh4WX8Js0

You can translate Pinchas Goldschmidt’s long-winded explanation of the CER by just saying this: “We are an Israeli lobby advocating for our interests over the European Goyim.”

Their mission (http://rabbiscer.org/about-cer/we-believe/):
“We believe in the eternal validity of the Divine Law as revealed in our sacred scriptures and as authentically interpreted in all ages by the Rabbis, acknowledging the authority of the Written and Oral Law of Judaism, and that Halacha forms the basis of Jewish life; That the restoration of the Jewish State in the Holy Land is a manifestation of Divine mercy towards the Jewish people and Israel’s well-being is coupled with its moral and religious strength; That the religious attachment is the sole enduring link between the Jews of Israel and the Diaspora and that Israel is destined to become the source of religious inspiration to the Jewish people and the world at large; That all relations and dealings between nations must be governed by ethical and religious principles, without which human happiness cannot be secured; That advances in science and technology may become a menace to mankind unless they are used with due regard for ethical and religious principles, in the dissemination of which, the Jewish people as the bearer of the message of the Prophets, have a special role to play. As spiritual leaders of our people, we call on the lay leaders of the European Jewish communities and communal organizations, to work together with us to challenge the growing secularization of our communities and the growing threat of anti-Semitism in many European cities, and to strengthen the rabbis of our communities for them to be able to serve their communities with excellence. We also solemnly call on every Jew to strive to conduct his or her life as a living expression of the Divine Will, by studying the holy words of our Torah, and by observing its laws, which have since time eternal been the sole guarantee of Jewish continuity, notably the Sabbath and Festivals, religious education and upbringing of the young. As the custodians and teachers of Jewish Law in Europe we maintain that marriage, divorce and conversions will only be recognized and are only valid in Jewish Law when they have been carried out in conformity with Halacha. In order to prevent irreparable personal tragedies and to preserve the unity of the Jewish people, we earnestly appeal to the Jewish public not to be parties to marriages, divorces or conversions which would be contrary to Jewish Law.”
